The Inspection Process

Each item is photographed and assigned a colour-coded condition rating: green for good condition, amber for attention needed, and red for items requiring immediate replacement.

The Visual Audit Report

Following the accommodation unit inspection, we compile a comprehensive visual audit report for each unit. The report includes an overall quality score expressed as a percentage, room-by-room photo evidence, individual item ratings, and prioritised recommendations. Property managers can use these reports to communicate refurbishment needs to owners with clear, visual evidence rather than subjective opinion.
